Our venues are famed for their state-of-the-art, toasty warm swimming pools. In these swimming pools, we offer swimming lessons (delivered via Nemo Swimming and SwimNE), open swim sessions, family swim sessions, pre-natal swim sessions, and more!
Swimming lessons
Swimming lessons at PaddlePod are delivered by two of the north-east's leading swim schools. Baby, toddler & pre-school classes are delivered by Nemo Swimming, and SwimNE deliver all of our lessons for school-aged children and adults.

As well as swimming lessons, you'll find a huge range of pay-as-you-go swim sessions of offer at PaddlePod venues. This includes baby & pre-school swim sessions, family swims, pre-natal swim sessions, and Swim. Eat. Play. sessions.

Perfect for families who just want to swim. Toys and floats included. Suitable for all ages. £3.50 per person, or FREE with a PaddlePod Premium membership
Family swim sessions
Get your very own area of the pool, suitable for up to eight people. All ages welcome. Toys, floats and small inflatables included. £20 per area
Pool sensory sessions
Perfect for swimmers who prefer a quieter environment. We dim the lights, keep the numbers low, and include a range of sensory toys. £3.50 per person
Exclusively for babies & pre-school children
Baby & pre-school swim sessions
Explore the pool at your own pace in these baby & pre-school swim sessions. Toys and floats included. £3.50 per person.
Swim. Eat. Play. sessions
Enjoy a swim, grab a bite to eat in our on-site cafe, and explore our play area... all for just £8.50 per person (under 1s go free)
Exclusively for adults
Adult-only swim sessions
Whether you're swimming for fun, fitness or friendship, these adult-only swim sessions are not to be missed! Featuring low lights and gentle music.
Pre-natal swim sessions
During these sessions, we dim the lights, put the music on, and keep the numbers low to create a calm & relaxing environment. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy
