Before you visit...

Some things you need to know before you visit

We want to make sure that your visit to PaddlePod is as safe and enjoyable as possible. To help us to this - and to ensure that we deliver the best possible service to everybody who sets foot through our doors - we have some “rules” in place that we kindly ask you follow when visiting our venues.

On this page, you will find:

General (applies to all customers)

  • No food or drink is to be brought in from the outside (cafes are available on-site).
  • Most importantly, have FUN!

Swim

  • Please make sure you book sufficient spaces for all persons who will be attending
  • Children under 16 years old must be supervised at a ratio of 2 children to 1 adult for under 8s, or 5 children to 1 for swimmers aged 8-16 years old.
  • Children under the age of 3 (or older if not reliably potty-trained) MUST wear a double nappy in the pool. This is a swim nappy (looks like a 'normal' nappy but is designed o not leak or expand in the water) with a neoprene nappy cover over the top. For the neoprene nappy cover, we highly recommend the Splash About Happy Nappy which you can pick up in our PaddlePod shop.
  • You should arrive 5-10 minutes before your session (please note that latecomers may not be permitted).

Play

  • Our play areas are suitable for children aged 0-5 years only.
  • Please remove outdoor shoes before entering the play areas.
  • Children must be supervised while in the play areas. PaddlePod does not supervise these areas and accepts no liability for any injuries sustained by a child when playing.
